1. Who we are

This store is operated by Jorlen Element LLC. These terms apply to purchases of general merchandise, lifestyle products and product bundles through jorlenelement.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the product details and checkout information shown for that order. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over these terms.

2. Products and availability

Review the product page and selected variant before ordering. Images illustrate the listed products; display settings can affect color. No particular size, material, compatibility, certification or included component is promised unless expressly identified in the product listing or confirmed by us. Contact us if a detail is essential to your purchase. We may accept orders when recorded stock is zero; this does not guarantee immediate dispatch. If an item cannot be supplied as ordered, we will contact you about cancellation, a refund or an alternative that requires your agreement.

3. Prices, payment and orders

The store’s base currency is USD. The currency, prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and any discounts for your order are displayed at checkout. Payment is handled through Shopify Checkout and the payment methods offered there. We do not collect card details through our support form. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order, not an unconditional acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected unauthorized activity or a delivery restriction; amounts collected for a cancelled order are refunded.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the United States and eligible European destinations made available at checkout. Charges and available service details depend on the address and order. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly confirmed. Tell us promptly if the delivery address is incorrect. Cross-border duties and import charges may apply; checkout identifies charges collected by us. You may otherwise be responsible for charges assessed by a carrier or authority. Your statutory rights concerning delivery and risk remain unaffected.

5. Returns, cancellation and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact support for instructions before shipping. Items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. We cover reasonable return costs for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items or arrange an appropriate alternative. After receipt and inspection of a qualifying return, we issue the refund within 14 days to the original payment method. Banks may need additional processing time. Delivery charges are refunded where required by law. Applicable statutory withdrawal and refund rights, including rights of eligible European consumers, are not limited by these conditions. Any lawful product-specific return exclusion must be disclosed before purchase.

6. Faults and warranties

Tell us about any fault or missing component with your order number and relevant details. We will provide the remedies required by applicable law. We do not provide an additional store commercial warranty unless stated on the product page. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is separate and does not replace statutory rights.

7. Use of the store

You must provide accurate order information and use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with store security, misuse another person’s information or reproduce store content in violation of applicable rights. You may use the store for personal shopping and legitimate product enquiries.

8. Responsibility and disputes

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Please contact us first about a concern so that we can try to resolve it. Mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules in your country of residence remain available. To the extent legally permitted, Kentucky law governs matters not subject to mandatory consumer law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order. The update date is shown above.
