From our shop to your door.

We offer delivery to the United States and eligible destinations in Europe. Available destinations, delivery charges and any available estimates are displayed at checkout for your address. If your destination is not offered, contact us before ordering.

Delivery times depend on the products, destination and service selected. No fixed arrival date is guaranteed unless expressly confirmed. Cross-border duties or import charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout when collected by us; otherwise they may be payable to the carrier or local authority.

A little room to reconsider.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Contact support before sending a parcel; we will provide return instructions. Do not send a return to the business address without instructions.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. For a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item, we cover reasonable return costs or arrange an appropriate alternative. Include your order number and a description of the problem. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

After receiving and inspecting a qualifying return, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Processing by your bank may take additional time. Original delivery charges are refunded where required by applicable law. Any non-returnable exceptions must be disclosed on the product page before purchase; statutory exceptions still apply.

If something is not right.

Contact us about faults or missing parts. No additional store commercial warranty is promised unless expressly stated on the product page. Any applicable manufacturer warranty and your statutory rights remain available. Compatibility, contents and care requirements vary by product; ask before ordering if a detail matters to you.
